Q1. When will my tickets be sent out?
A1. Ticket/s will be sent out approximately 6 weeks prior to the event. You must hold on to your ticket, do not lose it, this is your entry into the event.
Q2. If I have bought more than one ticket will all the tickets be sent out to me?
A2. Yes, all the tickets will be sent to the person who purchased the tickets.
Q3. Are the seats allocated?
A3. All seating sections are reserved, that is; all seats are allocated.
Q4. I have bought more than one ticket will the seats be allocated together?
A4. If you bought all the tickets at the same time in one bulk purchase then, yes, all seats will be allocated together.
Q5. Can I change my seat allocation?
A5. No changes can be made to your seat allocation.
Q6. Do I still need to register on Monday 19th even if I have my ticket?
A6. Yes, you do.
All ticket holders must register. Each ticket holder must bring along their tickets to the registration counter.
GOLD Ticket - Go to the GOLD registration counter.
VIP Ticket - Go to the VIP registration counter.
EXECUTIVE VIP Ticket - Go to the EXECUTIVE VIP counter.
DIAMOND Ticket - Go to the DIAMOND Lounge.
Our friendly staff will be there to direct to you the correct registration counter.
To save you time at registration, please complete the attached Privacy Policy Form.
Bring this form completed to the event and present it at registration.
Q7. What are the times of the event each day?
Monday 19th September – registration is from 7:30am and the event runs through until 7pm.
Tuesday 20th – 8:30am – 7pm
Wednesday 21st – 8:30am – 7:30pm
*please note these times are approximate only
Q8. What do we receive when we register for the event on Monday 19th September?
A8. You will receive the event workbook and the event wristband which must be worn for the duration of the event. This is your access to the event each day.
Q9. If I have purchased more than one ticket do I need to let Empowernet know details of all the ticket holders?
A9. Yes, Empowernet must get all the ticket holders’ details; name, address, mobile & email address. Please send these details to: nac2011@empowernet.com.au
Q10. Where can I park at the venue?
A10. Go to the Sydney Entertainment Centre website for all parking & public transport details. www.sydentcent.com.au
Q11. How far is the venue from the airport?
- By taxi – 25 – 35minutes (depending on traffic).
- By bus – allow 1 hour
Q12. Will there be a place to store my luggage at the venue?
A12. Yes, there will be a luggage store room where you can store your luggage during the event if required.
Q13. Will I be able to buy food at the venue?
A13. Yes, there are plenty of eating facilities onsite at the venue.
